Sud joined the Firm in 1995 and became a partner and shareholder in 1999. He focuses his practice on medical malpractice, personal injury, and construction litigation.

Since joining the Firm, Sud has been involved in many medical malpractice cases which have resulted in millions of dollars in recoveries for the Firm's clients. Most notably, in 2001, Sud and partner, Frederick Fanelli, tried a breast cancer misdiagnosis case in which a Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, jury returned a multi-million dollar verdict, which through today remains one of the largest jury verdicts in Schuylkill County history. Sud's experience in medical malpractice cases covers many areas of medicine, including but not limited to, cancer misdiagnosis, childbirth injuries, unnecessary or careless surgical procedures, and substandard hospital care.

Time and again, Sud has successfully represented persons injured by reckless drivers, uncaring property owners, and unsafe products. In early 2004, Sud completed a personal injury case, recovering a total in excess of $700,000.00 for a Pottsville, Pennsylvania resident permanently injured in a work zone automobile crash. One of the defendants in that case was PennDOT, from which Sud recovered the maximum amount allowed by state law. In 2003, he represented two contractors permanently injured on their way to work in a car crash. The total recovery in that case exceeded $600,000.00.  Each of these recoveries, along with many of his other successful recoveries, resulted in final awards and/or settlements for the Firm's clients many times the amount initially offered by the insurance companies involved.

In terms of Sud's construction litigation experience, he currently represents dozens of commercial and residential contractors and subcontractors and project owners, In addition to litigating numerous construction cases, he has also lectured extensively on construction issues. Sud has handled numerous construction cases throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, and Georgia, as well as before the American Arbitration Association. He has also successfully resolved various construction claims through binding arbitration and mediation. Given today's ever litigious world of commercial and residential construction, numerous contractors, subcontractors and owners continue to turn to Sud for his guidance in litigation avoidance as well as successful litigation resolution.

Outside the office, Sud is very actively involved in the Schuylkill County Bar Association, where he serves as a Board Member. He is also serving as a co-chairperson in forming an alternative dispute resolution program to be administered by the Schuylkill County Bar Association. Sud is also actively involved with the Blue Mountain School District, where he serves on its "Eagle Foundation" and was selected to be the 2004 commencement speaker.

Sud and his wife reside in Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania.
