ROBERT McLAUGHLIN

Undergraduate Education: 1954 Graduate of Mount St. Mary's College.

Legal Education:
1957 Graduate of Villanova University School of Law.

 Robert is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, the State of Louisiana, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, as well as the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Robert is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States Court of Military Appeals. Upon his separation from the United States Marine Corp. in 1960, he practiced civil and criminal law in Louisiana.

After returning to Pennsylvania in 1975, Robert maintained an office for the general practice of law in Ashland, Pennsylvania, until 1989. At that time, he was engaged as Senior Counsel to the Board of Claims in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and served in that capacity until his retirement from the Commonwealth in late January, 2001. As senior counsel, Robert was responsible for the supervision of all staff attorneys, advising the Board of any changes in the law concerning contracts before the Board, scheduling of cases and advising and supervising contract attorneys.
