ARLEN (Rick) DAY II

Rick joined the Firm in January of 2004. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Schuylkill County Bar Association. During law school, Rick worked in the Schuylkill County District Attorney's Office.

Rick has 21 years experience as a factory worker, and over 10 years experience in the automotive industry as both a mechanic and service advisor. His hands-on experience in these areas gives him a unique insight in addressing legal issues related to employment, workmans' compensation, contract negotiations, safety and health issues, auto accidents, auto defects and products liability. Rick joined the Firm to represent the working class, Rick's interests outside the Firm include motorcycle riding, ATV riding, and hiking. Rick's resides in Saint Clair with his twin girls Sandy and Samantha. He also has a son, Chris, daughter, Melissa, and five grandchildren.
